Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Partial Screen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

License

Partial Screen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal or commercial use on macOS devices. Each license can be active on one device at a time. You can transfer your license to another device by deactivating it from the previous device in your user account.

Free Trial

Partial Screen can be used free of charge for trial purposes. The free version automatically stops screen sharing after 4 minutes of continuous use. This limitation is designed to allow you to test the application and evaluate its features before purchasing a license.

Pricing & License Options

To use Partial Screen without the 4-minute limitation, you must purchase one of the following licenses:

• Monthly Subscription: $? per month
• Annual Subscription: $?? per year
• Lifetime License: $??? (one-time payment)

All licenses grant you unlimited screen sharing time and access to all features. Each license can be active on one device at a time, but you can transfer it between your devices by deactivating the previous device in your user account.

Permitted Use

You may use Partial Screen to share selected portions of your screen during video calls and online meetings for personal or commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Distribute or sell copies of the application without permission
• Share your license with other users or use it on multiple devices simultaneously

Disclaimer of Warranties

Partial Screen is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Due to the wide variety of macOS devices, configurations, and system setups, we cannot guarantee that the application will work flawlessly on all systems. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations.

We make no warranties regarding the application's performance, reliability, or suitability for your specific use case.

Support & Issue Reporting

If you encounter any issues or bugs while using Partial Screen, you may report them by sending an email to jz@strategio.dev.

Please note that issues reported by paying users will be prioritized. While we strive to address all reported problems, we cannot guarantee a specific response time or resolution for free trial users.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Partial Screen, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the application.

System Requirements

Partial Screen requires macOS 15.2 or later. Screen recording permissions must be granted for the application to function properly.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the application at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically.

Termination

Your license to use Partial Screen is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the application. We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with these terms.
